Do we need yoga experience to book a session?

How far in advance should we book?

Not at all. All of our offerings are beginner-friendly and designed to be inclusive. Whether you've never enrolled a mat or practice weekly, we'll meet you where you are.

We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for wedding weekend dates. But don't hesitate to reach out when convenient for you, we'll do our best to make it work!

What types of yoga do you offer?

Can I book multiple sessions?

Our sessions range from gentle, grounding flows to energizing sequences, depending on what your group requests. Each session blends movement, breath work, & mindfulness; tailored to your energy, mood, & moment.

Yes, many clients book a combination of offerings: a one on one grounding session during planning, a group class for the bachelorette weekend, & a wedding day flow. Packages are available upon request.

Can you come to our location?

What should we wear?

Yes! We're happy to travel to your Airbnb, hotel, backyard, or
venue space - wherever feels most comfortable. We'll work
together ahead of time to make sure the space is set up for a smooth experience.

Anything you feel comfortable moving in - yoga sets, pajamas, you name it! This isn't about how it looks, it's about how you feel.

What should we bring?

What is the atmosphere like?

Please bring your own yoga mat & any props you'd like to use,
such as blocks or a towel. We'll take care of the flow & music - come ready to move & breathe.

Warm, grounding, & easeful. Think: no pressure, no postures you cannot pronounce, just intentional movement, deep breaths, & genuine connection.

How long are the sessions?

How do I get started?

Most sessions are 45 - 60 minutes, but we can adjust based on
your schedule. Some clients prefer a shorter 30 minute morning reset, while others love a full hour flow.
