I first tried yoga in the 90s in Montreal, Canada. It was a French Vinyasa Flow class, and I absolutely loved the way I felt afterwards. I continued to take classes throughout my 20's and 30's so when I moved to Sacramento from Canada I knew I had to find my new yoga home and Core Power Yoga was that place for me. My consistent practice allowed me to settle into my new life, stay healthy and connected to a warm community. My yoga practice has been paramount in keeping me strong and balanced. Well equipped to deal with difficult situations and home and at work.
Physically, my yoga practice has helped me deal with injuries and stay flexible and strong as I get older.
My classes include energizing music, sequences to target muscle development and mobility, and can include weights for an extra kick in your workout.
I strive to make students feel accomplished
in each and every class so that they motivate on with the rest of their day with a sense of pride.
